Report - Accounts Receivable with Transaction Details
This report displays the accounts receivable transaction number, reference number, and comments.
Report - Average Days to Pay
Broken down by each Account Receivable record, this report groups by the customer Account Number and displays the number of days it took to completely pay for a given Account Receivable within the specified time period. On the grouping level for each customer, the Average Days to Pay is reported. Only account receivables with a $0 balance are used in this report, and all AR credits are also excluded from the calculation.
Report - Average Sales by Cashier
This report displays a breakdown of average sales figures for each cashier. Averages include Average Transactions per Day, Average Units/Quantity Sold per Transaction, and Average Sales (in $) per Transaction.
Report - Average Sales by Store
This report displays a breakdown of average sales figures for the store. Averages include Average Transactions per Day, Average Units/Quantity Sold per Transaction, Average Sales (in $) per Transaction, and Overall Profit Margin for the specified period. This will not show data for other stores, only the Store Operations database it is used with.
Report - Cashier Time Clock
This report displays the cashier punch-in and -out times, the cashier name, and the amount of time recorded.
Report - Customer List Detail
This report displays the customer's address, first and last name, credit limit, and account balance, which can be used for exporting customer data.
Report - Customer List with E-mail Address
This report displays a customer list with the customer's associated e-mail address.
Report - Customer Mailing Labels Lower (Crystal Report)
These customer mailing labels are duplicates of the default customer mailing labels with the exception that they start printing a bit lower on the page than the default labels do. This is to adjust for some printers that print out of alignment on the page's top margin. Save the unzipped .DEF and .RPT files to the Crystal Reports folder, and print it from the Utilities | Crystal Reports menu option in Manager.
Report - Daily Sales by Register
This report fixes a filtering issue on the original daily sales report. On the original report, if you use a register as your filter criteria, an error occurs indicating "Filter value is not valid".
Report - Detailed Sales by Date
This report displays detailed sales grouped by the date sold.
Report - Detailed Sales by Hour
This report displays detailed sales grouped by the hour, in the 24 hour clock format.
Report - Detailed Sales by Sales Rep
This report displays detailed sales grouped by the sales rep.
Report - Detailed Sales with Customer Detail
This report displays detailed sales with detailed customer information.
Report - Detailed Sales with Item Comment
This report displays detailed sales with the item comments entered at the POS.
Report - Detailed Sales with Item Extended Description
This report displays detailed sales with the items' extended descriptions.
Report - Detailed Sales with Quantity On Order
This report displays detailed sales with item quantities on order.
Report - Detailed Sales with Return Values
This report displays detailed sales with the cost and profit columns properly reflecting the Quantity sold for sales and returns (these columns are hidden by default). The default Detailed Sales report fails to take cost and quantity times the Quantity Sold.
Report - Detailed Sales with Serial Numbers
This report displays detailed sales with item serial numbers included.
Report - Detailed Sales with Total Item Discounts
This report displays detailed sales with item discounts entered at the POS.
Report - Detailed Sales (Tax-Inclusive) with Comments
This report displays detailed sales information (tax-inclusive) with comments.
Report - Detailed Voucher with Item Lookup Code
This report differentiates when users have multiple voucher items set up.
Report - Detailed Work Order with Item Comment
This report displays a detailed list of work orders with the item comments assigned at the POS.
Report - General Ledger Account Assignments
This report displays all the general ledger accounts assigned using Journal > Assign GL Accounts within Store Operations Manager.
Report - Inventory Information and Purchase Order Estimation
Based mostly on the Item Quantity List, this advanced report breaks out the inventory items in more detail and offers an accurate view of the estimated Quantity to Order based on Reorder Information. This report breaks down item quantities by On Hand, Committed, Quantity On Order, Quantity on Transfer Ins, and Quantity on Transfer Outs. Using this information, the report calculates what the expected Order Amount (Qty to Order) should be for each active item based on the item's current inventory data on Reorder Information. MPQ and Minimum Order values are not taken into account however.
Report - Item Movement History with Item Cost
This report displays the item movement history with the item cost associated.
Report - Item Movement Report with Transfers
The default Item Movement Report has a column titled PO Movement that combines the total quantity issued and received for all Purchase Orders, Transfer Ins, and Transfer Outs. This report splits the PO Movement data into 3 columns; one each for Purchase Order Movement, Transfer In Movement, and Transfer Out Movement over the given time period.
Report - Item Quantity List Grouped by Assembly Code
This report displays the Item Quantity List grouped by assembly code. Only assembly items are displayed, and each assembly code is displayed with its corresponding components.
Report - Item Quantity List for Parent Child Items
This report displays the Item Quantity List for Parent Child items. Only parent child items are displayed, and each parent code is displayed with its corresponding child code.
Report - Item Quantity List Grouped by Kit Code
This report displays the Item Quantity List grouped by kit code. Only kit items are displayed, and each kit code is displayed with its corresponding components.
Report - Item Quantity List Grouped by Matrix Code
This report displays the Item Quantity List grouped by matrix code. Only matrix items are displayed, and each matrix code is displayed with its corresponding components.
Report - Item Quantity List with Quantity On Order and Quantity To Order
This report displays the item quantity with the on-order quantity amounts and quantity amounts to order for each item.
Report - Item Received-Issued Report
This report displays the details of each item that has been received or issued, grouped by the Purchase Order, Transfer In, or Transfer Out number. Filter to see items received from purchase orders, or display items received/issued on transfers over a given date range. Drill down to the specific purchase order or transfer from the report, or use the report to quickly track received goods as of a certain date.
Report - Item Value with Last Cost and Last Received
This report displays the item value list with last cost, last sold, and last received information.
Report - Layaway Payments Including Payment Date
This report displays payments on layaway, including the original deposit and amounts taken for partial and entire layaway pickups. The payment date is also displayed.
Report - Offline Inventory List
This report displays the inventory quantities that are offline, and also those that are on hand.
Report - Order Summary and Order Detail with Remaining Balance Calculation
These reports calculate the remaining balance on special transactions within an active report (for work orders, back orders, and layaways).
The Order (Summary) Report displays one line for each transaction. It shows the original amount of the transaction, the current deposit amount, the value of goods picked up, and the remaining balance. The Expiration/Due Date and Company Name fields are hidden. The ID field signifies the order number, and you can drill down on that field to open the Order (Detailed) Report, which displays more details about the order.
The Order (Detailed) Report displays all item details for the order, along with which items have been picked up and which are on order. You can print this report individually, but it's best to print the summary report and drill into this report for more details.
Report - Payments on Customer Account
This report displays all the payments made on a customer account.
Report - Profit Margin by Department
This report calculates the profit margin for each department over a given period of time. Along with Profit and Margin, this report includes total units sold, total cost and retail $ sold, quantity on hand, and extended inventory cost figures.
Report - Profit and Margin for Entire Store
This report displays the cost of total sales, the total retail sales, total profit, and total profit margin for the entire store.
Report - Profit Margin by Department
This report calculates the profit margin for each department over a given period of time. Along with Profit and Margin, this report includes total units sold, total cost and retail $ sold, quantity on hand, and extended inventory cost figures.
Report - Purchase Order List with Added Detail
This report displays a list of all purchase orders with the Item Lookup Code, Order Number, Description, Cost, and Last Received columns added to the report.
Report - Sales Commissions by Department
This report displays sales and commissions grouped by department.
Report - Summary Sales Report
Containing essentially the same data and criteria found on the default Detailed Sales report, this "Summary Sales" report groups each item onto one line making for a report that is easier to read and takes up less pages per print job. Including the one line per item feature, this report also adds some common requests such as Qty On Order, Item Sub Descriptions and Discounts. Because the report is 'summary' in nature, transaction specific data such as customer information, comments, and reason code selections are not available.
Report - Tender Summary by Cashier
This report displays the tender information for every transaction completed through the POS (sale, void, return, drop/payout, payment, work order, layaway, or back order) grouped by register and cashier. It also includes Customer information when included on the transaction, along with the specific transaction date. Drilldown capability to receipts only exists in the “Trx #” column. Report - Tender Summary by Cashier grouped by Date and Tender
This report displays the same data as the tender summary by cashier report, only it is grouped by date and the details are in the exact order that the transactions were created in the POS. Drilldown capability to receipts only exists in the “Trx #” column.
Report - Tender Summary with Transaction Number
This report displays the tender summary information with the transaction number assigned.
Report - Timecard Report in 12 Hour Clock (Crystal Report)
This report displays the default Crystal timecard report in a 12 hour clock format instead of the default 24 hour clock. Save the unzipped .DEF and .RPT files to the Crystal Reports folder, and print it from the Utilities | Crystal Reports menu option in Manager. To display these times, mark the "List timecard activities" checkbox on the Additional Details tab.
Report - Top Items (Fixed)
This report displays the correct column headings that should have been included on the original Top Items Report in Store Operations version 1.2.
